  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for crispiness

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry.

  4. Transfer the broccoli mixture to a baking sheet, spreading it out in a single layer.
  5. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
