Method
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with the minced garlic and olive oil, and toss until well-coated.
- Transfer the broccoli mixture to a baking sheet, spreading it out in a single layer.
- Roast for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the oven and serve warm with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for up to 3 months and reheat in the oven for best results.
- Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet to avoid steaming.
