  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup *
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup raisins **

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Add almond butter and maple syrup to the mashed bananas; stir until creamy.
  5. Mix in rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt; then fold in raisins.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
