Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refried beans 116-oz can
  • 3 Tbsp taco seasoning divided
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2-3 cups guacamole homemade or store-bought
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese or sharp cheddar
  • 4 count Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup sliced black olives optional
  • ½ cup green onions finely chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro finely chopped

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the refried beans with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Mix until well-combined.
  2. Spread the seasoned refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch serving dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sour cream with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.
  4. Spread the guacamole evenly over the sour cream layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the guacamole layer.
  6. Evenly distribute the diced Roma tomatoes over the cheese layer.
  7. Top your dip with sliced black olives, chopped green onions, and cilantro.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
  • For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  • Customize with diced jalapeños for extra spice!
