In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast and half of the teriyaki sauce. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Optionally, toss with salt and pepper.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Place the marinated chicken cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Add the broccoli florets to the air fryer and drizzle more teriyaki sauce over them. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Serve the chicken and broccoli over warm rice and drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce.
