  • 2 to 3 cups whole-grain tortilla chips
  • 2 cups reduced-fat shredded cheese blend (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives drained
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 1 avocado peeled and diced
  • Salsa for serving
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • Plain Greek yogurt for serving

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the tortilla chips and spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle the reduced-fat shredded cheese over the tortilla chips evenly.
  4. Step 4: Add toppings: start with jalapeños, then olives, tomatoes, and diced avocado. Top with green onions and cilantro.
  5. Step 5: Transfer the baking sheet with the nachos into the preheated air fryer and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Step 6: Remove nachos from the air fryer, transfer to a platter, and serve immediately with salsa and Greek yogurt.
