Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Red Potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper freshly cracked

Method
 

  1. Begin by thoroughly washing your red potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt. Once clean, use a sharp knife to halve each potato.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with the olive oil, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Carefully place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once golden brown and crispy, remove and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Cut potatoes into similar sizes for even cooking.
  • Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Experiment with spices like Italian seasoning for varied flavors.
  • Add cayenne pepper for a spicier kick.
