Ingredients
  

For the Marinade:
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce or gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce adjust according to heat preference
  • 1 clove garlic smashed
For the Salmon:
  • 4 fillets wild salmon skinless (approximately 6 oz each)

Method
 

Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pure maple syrup, reduced sodium soy sauce, sriracha hot sauce, and smashed garlic. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the skinless salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. If desired, lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Carefully place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, allow the salmon to marinate longer, up to an hour.
  • Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
