- In a mixing bowl, combine the pure maple syrup, reduced sodium soy sauce, sriracha hot sauce, and smashed garlic. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the skinless salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- If desired, lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Carefully place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, allow the salmon to marinate longer, up to an hour.
- Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
