Method
 

Steps:
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for even cooking.
  2. Fill a mixing bowl with ice and water to prepare the ice bath.
  3. Carefully place the 4 large eggs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  4. Cook the eggs for 15 minutes.
  5. Transfer the eggs to the ice bath using tongs or a spoon. Let them sit for about 5 minutes.
  6. Gently tap the eggs on a hard surface to crack the shell, and peel them under running water. Serve with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.

Notes

  • Choose eggs that are at least a week old for easier peeling.
  • Adjust cooking time by one minute for firmer or runnier yolks.
  • Store unpeeled leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
