Preparation
- Start by gathering all your ingredients and setting up your work area with bowls for the eggs and breadcrumbs.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk the two large eggs until well blended. This will serve as your egg wash.
- In another shallow bowl, combine the Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of flavor.
- Take each cheese ravioli and dip it into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off. Then, transfer it to the breadcrumb mixture, coating it thoroughly.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray. Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook the ravioli for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove the ravioli from the air fryer and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For freezing, place uncooked, coated ravioli in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.
- For reheating, place leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes until crispy.
