- Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add lime juice, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mash to desired consistency.
- Toast your thick slice of bread until golden brown and crispy.
- Spread the avocado mixture generously on the toasted bread.
