Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 banana cut into chunks
  • 1 orange peeled and separated into segments
  • 0.5 apple peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 0.5 lemon peeled and separated into segments
  • 0.5 inch fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Method
 

  1. Start by collecting all your ingredients. Make sure your fruits are fresh and ready to go.
  2. Peel and chop the banana, orange, apple, lemon, and ginger as indicated in the ingredient list.
  3. Place the cold water in the blender first, followed by the chopped fruits, ginger, and spinach.
  4. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high for about 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  5. Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, consider adding a bit of honey or maple syrup. If it’s too thick, add a splash more water and blend again.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass or jar and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and texture!
