Cooking Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breakfast sausage, and ground lamb. Add the smashed saltine crackers, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped Italian parsley.
- Step 3: Pour in the whole milk and crack in the eggs. Add the Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Mix everything until just combined.
- Step 4: Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Step 6: Remove from oven and let rest before serving with marinara sauce over spaghetti or as an appetizer.
