  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil high-quality for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar adds tangy sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil adds fragrant note
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning blend of dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by finely chopping the fresh parsley and basil. Mince the garlic cloves as well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped parsley, chopped basil, minced garlic, dried Italian seasoning, and flaky sea salt.
  3. Using a whisk or a fork, gently mix all the ingredients together until they are well incorporated.
  4. For the best flavor, let the bread dipping oil sit for at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
  5. Pour the dipping oil into a serving dish and serve alongside warm, crusty bread.
