  • 1 box dark chocolate fudge brownie mix (9x13 pan size)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil (for a moist brownie base)
  • 1 large egg (to bind the ingredients together)
  • 1 tablespoon water (helps with consistency)
For the Topping:
  • 18 halves graham crackers (for the classic s'mores flavor)
  • 18 large marshmallows (the gooey star of the show)

Method
 

Baking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, egg, and water until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Grease the baking pan and spread the brownie batter evenly.
  4. Step 4: Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  5. Step 5: Let cool for 5 minutes, then add graham cracker halves on top.
  6. Step 6: Place marshmallows on top of the graham crackers.
  7. Step 7: Switch to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
