  • 1 tablespoon creamed horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce vegan version optional
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning Tony Chachere's recommended
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the preparation process smooth.
  2. Chop the fresh parsley and mince the garlic, then set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and creamed horseradish.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice, mixing well.
  5. Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, mixing until incorporated.
  6. Fold in the chopped parsley gently to add freshness and color.
  7. Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more lemon juice or cayenne as desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
