Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 3 to 4 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/3 pound deli turkey thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 cup leafy green lettuce
  • 1/2 large avocado sliced

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, and Louisiana hot sauce. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Place the large tortillas on a clean plate or flat surface.
  3. Using a spatula, spread a generous layer of the Cajun mayo on each tortilla.
  4. Begin layering the deli turkey slices, followed by tomato, lettuce, and avocado.
  5. Start at one end of the tortilla and roll it tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use plant-based mayo and replace turkey with veggies.
  • Wrap leftovers tightly in plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to two days.
  • To prevent avocado from browning, squeeze lemon juice on slices.
