- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, and Louisiana hot sauce. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
- Place the large tortillas on a clean plate or flat surface.
- Using a spatula, spread a generous layer of the Cajun mayo on each tortilla.
- Begin layering the deli turkey slices, followed by tomato, lettuce, and avocado.
- Start at one end of the tortilla and roll it tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

- For a vegan option, use plant-based mayo and replace turkey with veggies.
