  • 1 can original Rotel (10 ounces), drained
  • 2 cans corn and diced peppers (15 ounces each), drained
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese (shredded)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

  1. Gather Your Ingredients
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained can of Rotel, the two cans of corn and diced peppers, and the chopped green onions. Mix them together until well combined.
