Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust (13.8-oz)
  • 1 cup prepared pesto
  • 1 cup grated smoked gouda
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the prepared pesto evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Combine the grated smoked gouda and shredded mozzarella in a mixing bowl, then sprinkle over the pesto-covered crust.
  6. Slice the dough into strips.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
