Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease your baking dish with extra melted butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, dried parsley, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces with the shredded cheese. Pour the garlic butter mixture over and toss until coated.
Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the greased baking dish.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Let the bread cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
