- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.

- Coat each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then dip it into the whisked eggs, and finally roll it in the panko mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken goujons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Lightly spray the goujons with olive oil cooking spray.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the chicken goujons for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
