  • 1 jumbo Marshmallow toasted
  • 1 piece Chocolate your favorite chocolate bar, thick enough to melt slowly

Method
 

Preparation
  1. If baking cookies fresh, let them cool until warm but not hot. Alternatively, warm store-bought or pre-baked cookies briefly in a low oven or microwave.
Toasting Marshmallow
  1. Skewer the jumbo marshmallow and hold it over a campfire, grill, or stovetop burner. Rotate slowly until evenly golden brown with a gooey center.
Assembly
  1. Place a piece of chocolate on the bottom cookie. Immediately add the hot toasted marshmallow on top of the chocolate, then sandwich with the second cookie. Press gently to meld together.
  2. Optionally, wrap the s'more in foil and let it rest for 1-2 minutes or warm in a warm oven to melt the chocolate further.
  3. Enjoy the s'more warm and gooey immediately for the best experience.
