Ingredients
  

For the Dip:
  • 1 can Chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Nut butter almond or peanut
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup Vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Directions
  1. Start by rinsing and draining one can of chickpeas. This will help remove excess sodium and ensure a smoother texture for your dip.
  2. In your food processor, combine the prepared chickpeas, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Add coconut flour to the mixture. Blend again until incorporated to help thicken the dip.
  4. Once smooth, gently fold in vegan chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Taste the dip and add more maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Blend again if necessary.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Chill before serving for enhanced flavors. Serve with apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers.
