On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough. Flatten it slightly with a rolling pin if needed.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log shape and pinch the seams to seal them.
Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once baked, let them cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
