  • 4 ounce Salmon Fillets skinless and boneless
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard good quality
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey raw or local
  • 1/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Pecans very finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons Fresh Parsley chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon for garnish

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, dry bread crumbs, finely chopped pecans, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Spread the Dijon mixture over each salmon fillet evenly.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with lemon wedges and additional parsley. Serve immediately.
