- Step 1: Preheat the Oven. Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures your packets cook evenly and thoroughly.
- Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients. In a mixing bowl, add the cubed chicken breasts. Next, throw in the broccoli florets, bell peppers, zucchini slices, tomato chunks, and onion.
- Step 3: Season the Mixture. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and veggies. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Step 4: Create the Foil Packets. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches) and place a portion of the chicken and veggie mixture in the center of each piece. Fold the foil over the filling, sealing it tightly to create a packet.
