Ingredients

  • 1 can jumbo biscuit dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula
  • Knife

Method

  1. Open the can of jumbo biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. You can cut each biscuit into quarters for smaller rolls, or keep them whole for larger rolls.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Place the biscuit pieces in a large mixing bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Toss gently until all the biscuit pieces are well coated.
  4. Preheat your skillet over medium heat. If using cast iron, allow it to heat for a few minutes to get nice and hot.
  5. Add the coated biscuit pieces to the skillet in a single layer. You can place them close together, as they will expand while cooking. Cover the skillet with a lid.
  6. Cook the rolls for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  7. Once cooked, remove the skillet from the heat and let it cool slightly. Serve the rolls warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired. Enjoy the delicious flavors and fluffy texture!

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try using fresh herbs instead of dried.
  • Swap out the Parmesan for mozzarella or cheddar for a cheesier twist.
  • Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
