Start by cutting your salmon into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-2 inches in size.
Season your salmon pieces generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Carefully place the salmon bites in the skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice, mixing it well with the garlic butter.
Return the cooked salmon bites to the skillet, gently tossing them in the garlic butter sauce.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
