Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¾ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spatula or Tongs

Method

Instructions:
  1. 1. Start by cutting the boneless skinless chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. This helps them cook evenly and makes for easy eating.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken until it's evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. 3. Place your large skillet over medium heat and add the Land O Lakes Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Allow the butter to melt and coat the bottom of the skillet.
  4. 4. Once the butter is hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5. When the chicken is almost done, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and slightly softened.
  6. 6. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the finely grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Toss to coat the chicken pieces in the cheese thoroughly.
  7. 7. Finally, sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken bites for a pop of color and freshness. Serve immediately, and enjoy these delicious Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites while they're hot!

Notes

  • For extra crispy bites, consider broiling the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  • If you like heat, add red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix for a spicy kick.
  • This recipe is highly adaptable; feel free to experiment with other spices like paprika or Italian seasoning.
  • Make sure to not overcrowd the skillet to ensure even cooking and browning.
