Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup White or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ unit Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder optional
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion powder optional
  • ¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients and ensure they are ready on the countertop.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, honey, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and optional garlic/onion powder.
  4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Whisk vigorously until all ingredients are well combined and emulsified.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
