In a large frying pan or deep fryer, pour in 1 cup of vegetable oil. Heat the oil over medium-high heat, aiming for around 350°F (175°C).
Take 1 lb of frozen French fries out of the freezer. No need to thaw them; they can go straight from the freezer to the hot oil.
Carefully add the frozen French fries to the hot oil. Fry the fries in batches if necessary, for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fries from the oil with a slotted spoon or spatula and place them on a plate lined with paper towels. While still hot, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Season All salt and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the crispy fries hot with your favorite dipping sauces or as a side dish to your meals.
