Cooking Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 3 cups of fresh pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped chicken pieces. Season with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the jar of pasta sauce. Stir well to combine, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Gently toss everything together.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese over the pasta mixture. Stir gently to melt the cheese.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan cheese, and bake for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

- Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
- For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with sautéed mushrooms or tofu.
