Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Whisk together until evenly mixed.
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
In another bowl, combine the egg yolks and hot water. Stir until well combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredient bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until everything is well incorporated.
Using your hands, divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into rolls.
Place the shaped rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes. Serve warm with butter.
