Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your avocados are ripe, as this will help create a creamy texture.
In your blender or food processor, combine the peeled and pitted avocados, raw cacao powder, full-fat canned coconut milk, sugar-free confectioners sweetener, ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Blend the mixture on high until it is completely smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Carefully pour the fudgesicle mixture into your molds, filling them to the top. Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
If your molds require sticks, insert them into the center of each fudgesicle. If not, skip this step.
Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
Once frozen, carefully remove the fudgesicles from the molds. If they’re stubborn, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release them.
