Cooking Instructions:
- Step 1: Prepare the Salmon - Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Make the Glaze - In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
- Step 3: Heat the Skillet - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 4: Cook the Salmon - Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Step 5: Add the Glaze - Flip the salmon and pour the glaze over it. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, basting as it cooks.
- Step 6: Plate and Serve - Remove salmon from skillet, drizzle with remaining glaze, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Try using honey instead of maple syrup for a different sweetness.
