Ingredients
  

For the Pies:
  • 30 pieces frozen dinner rolls defrosted
  • 16 oz fresh spinach chopped
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil plus extra for brushing
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, mozzarella, feta, onion, garlic, eggs, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Flatten each defrosted dinner roll to about 3-4 inches in diameter using a rolling pin.
  4. Step 4: Place a generous spoonful of the filling in the center of each roll, then pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Step 5: Brush the tops with olive oil and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  7. Step 7: Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.

  • Ensure dinner rolls are fully thawed for easy flattening.
