Taste your Mojo sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more lime juice for acidity, more salt for flavor, or even more pepper for extra heat.
Use the Mojo sauce immediately over your favorite dishes, or transfer it to a storage container and refrigerate. It will keep well for up to a week.
