  • 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy
  • 0.5 cup Honey natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract for flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt balances sweetness
  • 0.5 cup Mini Chocolate Chips adds chocolate flavor
  • 0.5 cup Mini M&M Candies for color and crunch

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the old-fashioned oats, a pinch of salt, and the mini chocolate chips. Stir together.
  2. In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the oats and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mini M&M candies.
  5. Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a cookie sheet or plate.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • For longer storage, freeze them for up to three months.
  • Let frozen cookie balls sit at room temperature before enjoying.
