- In a large mixing bowl, add the old-fashioned oats, a pinch of salt, and the mini chocolate chips. Stir together.
- In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the oats and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mini M&M candies.
- Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a cookie sheet or plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For longer storage, freeze them for up to three months.
