Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole oranges juicy
  • 3 whole lemons tangy
  • 3.5 ounces ginger root fresh
  • 1 cup honey

Method
 

  1. Wash your oranges and lemons thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Cut the oranges and lemons in half and use a juicer to extract the juice.
  3. Peel the ginger root and chop it into smaller pieces.
  4. Blend the orange juice, lemon juice, chopped ginger, and honey until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher.
  6. Pour the wellness shot into glass bottles or shot glasses and serve or store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Store leftover shots in airtight glass containers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze wellness shots in ice cube trays for easy use later.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey used.
