  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour the Parmesan herb mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
