Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened or preferred milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • Measuring cups
  • Spatula
  • Glass or mason jar

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Place the banana in the blender first.
  3. Pour in your almond milk.
  4. Spoon in the creamy peanut butter.
  5. Add the frozen strawberries.
  6. Add the ice cubes.
  7. Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy.
  8. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
