Preparation
- Step 1: Prepare the crust (optional). If using, press a graham cracker crust into the bottom of your springform pan and set aside.

- Step 7: Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle. Let cool in the oven with the door slightly open for about an hour.
- Step 8: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
