- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions or roll and fit dough into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each. Mix in sugar, cornmeal, flour, vinegar, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Step 4: Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Step 5: Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the filling is set and lightly browned.
- Step 6: Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.

- For a sweet and salty twist, swirl in some caramel.
