  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers (thinly sliced)
  • 0.25 cup red onions (thinly sliced)
  • 0.25 cup black olives (sliced)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Step 3: Lay 4 sheets of phyllo dough on top of each other on the prepared baking sheet, brushing each layer lightly with olive oil.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the phyllo dough.
  5. Step 5: Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, red onions, and black olives over the cheese.
  6. Step 6: Season with salt and pepper.
