  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 Tbs tomato paste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 Tbs sour cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, sour cream, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Add the cooked sausage, chopped pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese to the egg mixture. Gently fold everything together.
  5. Step 5: Place your frozen deep-dish pie crust on a baking sheet and pour the mixture into the crust.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
  7. Step 7: Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
