For the Brownies:
  • 18 ounces brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water (or as directed on the brownie mix package)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or as directed on the brownie mix package)
  • 3 units eggs (or as directed on the brownie mix package)
For the Topping:
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme or fluff
  • 25 units Reese's miniatures (halved)
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (do not use natural)
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until just combined.
  3. Step 3: Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then spread the marshmallow fluff on top.
  5. Step 5: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter, melting in intervals until smooth.
  6. Step 6: Stir in crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
  7. Step 7: Spread the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the marshmallow layer, pressing halved Reese's on top.
  8. Step 8: Bake again for 10-15 minutes until the topping is set and slightly golden.
  9. Step 9: Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
  • Wrap individual squares in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Microwave for 15-20 seconds to enjoy warm.
