  • 2 3/4 cups chocolate chips dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional for smoothing chocolate
  • flaky sea salt or sprinkles optional for topping

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Sheet - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Assemble the Base - Spread peanut butter on 24 Ritz crackers and top with another cracker.
  3. Step 3: Melt the Chocolate - Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and melt.
  4. Step 4: Dip the Sandwiches - Dip each sandwich into melted chocolate and lift out with a fork.
  5. Step 5: Place and Top - Place dipped sandwiches on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt or sprinkles.
  6. Step 6: Chill and Set - Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until chocolate is set.
