  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • for serving Fresh lemon wedges

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Baking Sheet - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Step 3: Mix the Flavor Base - In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary or oregano. Season with kosher salt and fresh pepper.
  4. Step 4: Coat the Snapper - Place snapper fillets on the prepared baking sheet and coat each fillet with the garlic and herb mixture. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
  5. Step 5: Roast the Snapper - Roast the snapper for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily and is opaque throughout.
