Ingredients
  

  • 24 cookies Walker's Pure Butter Shortbread Cookies
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 2 ripe bananas Bananas sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

  • Mixing Bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Gather the Walker's Pure Butter Shortbread Cookies, Nutella, bananas, and chopped almonds.
  3. Spread about a teaspoon of Nutella over each shortbread cookie using a spatula.
  4. Place a slice of banana on top of each cookie.
  5. Top each banana slice with a sprinkling of chopped almonds.
  6. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until warm and almonds are lightly toasted.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • You can freeze the assembled cookies before baking.
  • If frozen, allow them to thaw at room temperature for about an hour before baking.
