  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, oats, salt, and baking soda, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Grease the skillet, pour in the cookie dough, and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set.
  8. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving warm.
