  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Method
 

Skirt Steak Marinade Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Use a whisk to mix everything until well combined.
  2. Place the skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is fully coated.
  3. Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
